Updated ESA Paperwork & Training
The Early Support Assessment & Review forms have been reviewed by a multi-agency group and updated, and are now available for download from the Assessment Tools section of the Resource hub.
The forms now include some additional prompts to support the process, and some formatting changes to hopefully make the form clearer for both professionals and families.
A guidance document is being finalised and will be available shortly.
There is also a new ESA Process training course available, bookable via the Learning Hub with dates in September, October, December and February available to book.
