New MARAC Referral form
There is now a new form to complete when you make a MARAC referral. Wiltshire Police have, in conjunction with safeguarding partners, redesigned the old referral form to assist in the gathering of information before the MARAC meeting takes place. Please discard the previous referral form and start using this new form from now on. If you have any questions about the form, please contact MARAC@wiltshire.police.uk.
